Chess in Riyadh
Saudi Arabia's chess scene has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years. The Saudi Chess Federation actively hosts FIDE-rated events, and Vision 2030's focus on sports and youth development has created a rapidly growing scholastic chess ecosystem. Riyadh's international school communities — from Riyadh International School to the British International School — are increasingly competitive in chess.
For families in Riyadh, online coaching with TheChessLifestyle provides access to elite FIDE-rated instruction at highly affordable rates, with sessions perfectly timed to AST (UTC+3) evenings. Whether you're in Al Malqa, Hittin, Olaya, or Al Nakheel, we schedule around your lifestyle.
Saudi Chess Federation & FIDE Tournaments in KSA
